Anyone need any produce? I had a lot left over from my farmers market! Hot pepper, sweet peppers, okra, eggplant, squash, and a few tomatoes!

If you want some get with me! Pickups can be made off the farm or pickups in Locust Grove can also be arranged!

Great News! If you have Tribal Farmers Market WIC they have changed the rules and you can now purchase eggs from approved farmers! We are an approved farmer! We always have plenty of eggs, so get with us anytime you want any! Chicken or Duck!

We will still have produce available to be sold to WIC and Tribal WIC, but will not have any available until later this summer!

Farm Fresh Duck Eggs Available $5dz! 🦆🥚 eggs are available for locally pick up as well as farm pick up!

A few things about duck eggs you might not know:

🦆Duck eggs are larger in size than chicken eggs. The whites in chicken eggs have a higher water content (more runny) than the whites in duck eggs.

🦆Duck eggs have larger yolks and a higher yolk-to-white-ratio than chicken eggs.

🦆Duck eggs are GREAT for baking!

🦆Duck eggs are larger and richer than chicken eggs.

🦆Duck eggs stay fresh longer because of their insanely thick shell.

🦆Duck eggs contain 30% more protein, and a different type of protein than chicken eggs.

🦆Duck eggs contain more Omega-3, Vitamins A and D, fatty acids, choline, folate, and iron than chicken eggs.
