🌶️ HATCH CHILE UPDATE! 🌶️

Hatch season is in full swing down in New Mexico, and we’ve got a fantastic supply of fresh chiles ready for you!

Come join us at the Happy Valley Farmers Market this Saturday, September 5th, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM! We’ll be roasting fresh on-site, plus we’re bringing along our signature sauces and delicious Queso! 🧀🔥

The weather report is looking gorgeous—71° and sunshine! ☀️ But hey, this is Oregon, so rain or shine, we’ll be out there fired up and ready to go. (Might want to toss a jacket in the car just in case! 🧥)

The chiles have arrived! 🌶️

​Picked Monday and shipped farm-direct from New Mexico. I opened up a couple of burlap sacks and they are phenomenal—packed with serious flavor and heat!

​We’ll be set up at 185th Produce 18485 Tualatin Valley Highway in Aloha, OR all weekend roasting them fresh.
