Every Saturday, our market brings people together over fresh food, artisan wares, and shared community spirit. Behind every bustling market day is a dedicated team working to make the magic happen!

We are looking for Part-Time Market Assistants! If you want an engaging, active job and to help strengthen our local food system and economy, this is it!

The Role at a Glance
As a Market Assistant, you are the face of the market. You will assist with the physical setup and teardown of the market, support our local vendors, and act as a resource for customers at our information booth. You will also play a key role in making fresh food accessible by helping process SNAP/EBT and other nutrition programs.

A lot goes on behind the scenes during the week, too. Opportunities to assist with event and activity planning, booking and coordinating live music, social media and marketing, volunteer coordination and more are available. What's your passion? We can work with that!

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Enthusiastic communicator who thrives in high-energy, inclusive environments.

Dependable team player who takes initiative and arrives on time.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for long periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Passionate about local agriculture, sustainability, or small business support.

Schedule: Part-time, 4-10 hours/week
Saturdays between hours of 6:30am-3:00pm
Year-round, with 2-3 week Winter break

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
