Private Lessons $30
Group Lessons (2-4 people) $20 per person
Lessons will be limited to one each evening to allow us time to clean the barn between visitors. Any lessons requiring close instruction, I will be wearing a mask.

Our Story.....

Apple Hill Farm LLC was established in 2018 but our foundation goes back many more years than that. Aftin started riding horses at 8 years old taking lessons for 2 years before her parents purchased her her own horse. Over the next 25+ years Aftin has worked with minis to a drafts and everything in between. She has competed with minis at the national level, quarter horses in the all around, reining, and driving and even rode thoroughbred racehorses for a few years. She specializes in all around stock type horses and loves any class with a pattern. We have lost count of the amount of students and horses over the years but its into the hundreds. Aftin has been a MI 4-H carded horse show judge for the past 12 years and is currently a member of the MI 4-H Judges Advisory Committee. A 4-H leader with Isabella County for almost 15 years, Proud Equestrian Program Therapeutic horse back riding volunteer and previous High School Equestrian Team Coach.
