We infuse premium cocoa nibs in Pollyanna Brewing Company Roselle craft bourbon and top onto our 38% milk chocolate couverture bar. We finish by adding a touch of artisan salt from Bochnia Roselle's Sister City in Poland

It took a bit for the word to spread but you all have made our Squrtles a huge hit-they are flying off the shelves. The Happy Chocolate Ladies keep making batches of our Salted vanilla bean caramel with pecan and milk chocolate couverture.
