Well Flint sure did scare the sh*t out of me this morning.
I found him flat out and lifeless...so much so that I texted his momma to break the news that he had passed. But then I saw an ear twitch. I immediately got him up and spent the next 30-40 minutes stimulating him to snap him out of it. He eventually did, but although he was alert his legs were like over cooked spaghetti noodles, he was lethargic and listless.
After hitting him heavy with meds, he has gotten stronger throughout the morning and now he can stay standing again, eating plenty and drinking his gatorade. He also took a few tiny steps on his own!
He has a long long looong way to go but he is a fighter and I'm more stubborn than a donkey so together we should be able to get him through this.
