Few mishaps outside of the shop happened yesterday preventing me from updating the available list, my car practically blowing up being the main one, ill get to it when I can.

But basically of all the flavors on my list I now have at least 12oz of all be 3 of them, Lemon-garlic, Spicy Lime, and Lime Pepper.

I'll be in the shop the rest of the day trying to get things organized and what not so if you send us a message I can fill your order right away!!

Save 1 add on flavor all the mild flavors im doing this round are done. Spicy ones will be started once I get a couple hours of sleep.

Basically got 12oz of each of the flavors im currently sold out of being added to inventory. Minus the lime flavors, those are the ones that were made and sold right away.

Next set of flavors are currently working. The ones from yesterday are already gone so im not even gonna bother updating...

Doing some work in the shop finally. Left tub will be cut up for the lime flavors(Lime Pepper and Spicy Lime) and stew meat, right tub will be made into ground for everything else. All venison.

I don't have weights as of right now on the tubs or expectations of what ill be able to make with it once im done, but im hoping to at least bring all off the flavors back up to 20oz in inventory.

If you want to order something specific, now is the time to do so, as once I finish grinding this will be split into the different batches for flavoring and curing.

Current inventory list.

Had a special request come in so I started getting things organized and am working on getting things ready in case anyone actually places an order. Feeling marginally OK enough to start moving around in here again, so trying to monopolize on the energy while I can.

This is what's become of my shop counters over the past few months. Hunting gear on the left waiting to be put back in storage until next season, stuff from my wife's car on the right waiting for her to do something with it. Haven't had any orders to fill in a while so haven't needed the space to work, means everything sitting here will sit here until I either get orders or get tired of looking at it.

Things are finally starting to warm up again here in Michigan which means I'll finally be able to start working on processing down all the meat from this season. I lost the day job due to my health, and health isn't much better now than it was 5 months ago, so days in the shop are going to be rare.

Haven't updated this list since September, probably because I went the entire hunting season without a single order. Haven't really had much luck with orders lately. Ive got about 80lbs of meat to process, on top of this list, and decide if im making into jerky or not, leaning towards not currently.
