Flour Dust Pizza Company We’re a Roseville-based, authentic Italian food and wood-fired pizzeria. Our Pizzaiolo Mano knows pizza is so much more than dough and toppings.

Innovation, freshness, and delectable pizza are things Flour Dust is excited to bring to Roseville’s table. He took it upon himself, with the help of his dad, to build his own pizza oven. That was the first step toward a bigger dream. From there he went all the way to Florence, Italy, where he trained at the renowned Bivero Pizza Academy. After that, Flour Dust Pizza Company was born. Our goal is

to bring enticing flavors to Roseville and be something the community can be proud of. The quality of our pizza is grounded in the premium ingredients we use – San Marzano tomatoes and 00 Flour – which come straight from Italy. This authenticity, plus high-quality ingredients, results in mouthwatering flavors. My name is Mano Vrapi. I was born and raised in Albania. Being a picky eater all my life, I often saw it as an issue, but turns out, I just loved great food. My mom is an amazing cook where fresh ingredients were the only priority. We’d source from butcher shops, local bakeries, cheese shops, and farmers markets. The shopping was often left to me, and I have always enjoyed talking to farmers and food-makers. As a child, I didn’t realize the importance of this. Now this has all come full circle in my adult life as a restaurant owner where I bring my habits of fresh food to Flour Dust guests and my own family. Quality will always be our number one priority.
