Hernandez Foods I started making my salsa about 11 years ago because I did not like all the chunky style salsas on the market. I started taking my salsa to parties and BBQ's.

My family was my taste testers but one taste tester always had the same comment "Dad this is the best salsa ever" and that’s where my slogan came from. We got the same request from all are friends and family to keep bringing the salsa every time we came over. We started to get so many requests that we had to start charging. My family has been real supportive and helping wherever they can. Even my

We are Back at Roseville Downtown Tuesday nights tonight.

We are excited about being back after the 4th of July holiday and we are adding to our menu starting tonight with loaded Baked Potatoes. We will be offering the classic butter sour cream, cheddar cheese bacon and onion. We also have two new flavors like blue cheese and bacon and a pesto and Parmesan.

To all my valued customers,
I accepted a job offer from the Sacramento Rivercats organization yesterday and will no longer be at any of my markets. I want to thank all of you for your loyal support through the years.

To all my valued customers,
I want to thank you for all of your loyal support over the past few years. I regret to have to inform you that I will be closing my business in the next couple of weeks. Due to some family health issues i feel I needed to reevaluate my priorities and turn my focus to my family. Although everything health wise looks to be ok I do not want to look back on my life and wish I would have had more time with my family. I have had a wonderful time doing this business and enjoyed meeting all of you, my customers and my friends.
