Aloha Ohana!
We wanted to reach out and publicly address some comments that are going around today!
Everyone is always welcome to their opinion and to post whatever review they would like. We have been very fortunate to be accepted into the community over the last 5 years and really feel the love and Aloha spirit!
With that being said we would like it to be known that we would never purposely not show up or communicate with anyone who had us booked for an event or party. Our apologies go out to the children and families that were disappointed yesterday. We sadly didn't have anything booked and there seems to be some miscommunication. We will not disregard the feelings of the young women who feels we let her down, however, we will say we had nothing booked with anyone yesterday. We will not go back and forth with the mean comments or arguing as that is not the Ohana way.
For all of you who have supported us and left amazing reviews and comments in support of us we thank you! For those who are upset or disheartened by what you've seen, please message or reach out. I'd be happy to answer any and all your questions.
We hope to have a great season and see you all this summer.
