SaltWorks Charcuterie game processing, cured meats, and catering Are you a hunter, or do you know a hunter with a freezer full of game meat, but nothing to do with it? I can help!

I will process any type of animal: deer, boar, fish, duck, or pheasant and make a delicious, ready to cook product out of it. I can make sausage out of your wild duck, ham or bacon out of your Boar; I can cure and smoke just about any type of fish. I'd be happy to accomodate any of your special requests as well. This is not a business for profit. I just love charcuterie, and I know there are more

than a few hunters out there who need to make room in their freezer. I will either charge a per pound processing fee (this is only to cover my materials - i.e. casings, dry cures, etc.) or we can barter for trade (I keep a portion of the game meat). Check out some of my products on my pics page!
