# A New Chapter Begins.

For more than a year, we've been quietly building the next chapter of our company. Today, we're incredibly excited to officially introduce Vane Spirits—the next evolution of Flying Dutchman Spirits.

This is much more than a new name. It's the beginning of a broader vision.

We've expanded our portfolio, transitioned to a scalable manufacturing model, and are building a brand designed to honor our Minnesota roots while thoughtfully expanding into markets across the country.

The name Vane reflects our commitment to direction, innovation, and always looking forward—a fitting symbol for where we're headed as a company.

While our name is changing, our commitment to crafting exceptional spirits remains exactly the same.

Flying Dutchman Spirits products will continue to be available at liquor stores throughout Minnesota while supplies last. As existing inventory sells through, you'll begin seeing Vane Spirits products arrive on retail shelves in phases over the coming months.

One of the most exciting milestones in this journey was the acquisition of recipes and aged spirits from a retiring craft distillery last year. Those products are now becoming part of the Vane Spirits family and will help expand our portfolio with several new premium spirits, including aged expressions that have spent years developing their unique character. We're excited to introduce at least five new spirits over the coming months as we continue expanding our lineup.

We're also excited to share that our Vane Spirits trademark application is currently pending as we continue building the foundation for the brand. As part of that evolution, we're finalizing our transition from our current Blue Agave spirit to authentic tequila production in partnership with a distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. Our goal is to faithfully flavor-match the spirit you've come to know while introducing an authentic tequila portfolio under the Vane Spirits brand. We'll begin with our Blanco, followed by Reposado and Añejo, with planned releases rolling out in phases through 2027.

Over the coming weeks and months, you'll begin seeing a steady rollout of new creative, updated bottle designs, behind-the-scenes content, apparel, and other Vane Spirits merchandise. We'll also be offering a limited number of commemorative launch bundles combining new Vane Spirits merchandise with select Flying Dutchman Spirits items as a thank-you to everyone who has supported us along the way.

We're also excited about what's ahead as we continue working toward establishing our new Bloomington home. As with everything we've built, we're taking a thoughtful, long-term approach to creating the right foundation for the future.

None of this would be possible without the incredible support we've received over the years.

To everyone who has purchased a bottle, attended an event, partnered with us, shared our story, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines...

Thank you.

Your encouragement, loyalty, and enthusiasm have made this next chapter possible.

Welcome to Vane Spirits.

The next chapter begins today.

The wait is almost over.

We can't wait to share what's next.

BIG UPDATE 👀

After reviewing multiple locations over the past several months, we have settled on a location in Bloomington for the next chapter of Flying Dutchman Spirits and are currently in final lease negotiations.

While the lease has not yet been executed, negotiations have been ongoing for the past few months, and we wanted to share an update with everyone who has continued to follow and support us throughout this process.

We appreciate everyone's patience and the many location recommendations we've received along the way.

We're excited about what's ahead and look forward to sharing additional details once everything is finalized. 🍸

We also have an important brand update coming in July. Stay tuned!

Hey Flying Dutchman crew — we need your help 🍻

If we were to drop a seltzer line…

What would your top 3 flavors be?

Appreciate the feedback as always 👇

We’ve had a lot of people asking about our next location—so here’s a quick update 👇

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been in active discussions on a location on the south side of Saint Paul and have been working through lease terms. Those conversations are still ongoing as we continue to evaluate what makes the most sense for the long-term vision of the brand.

At the same time, we’re actively exploring additional opportunities in Bloomington and Uptown Minneapolis.

Our goal is simple: build this the right way, in the right location, with the right partners.

In the meantime:

- You can still find our products in stores 🍸
- We’ll be ramping social back up with cocktails, content, and
behind-the-scenes updates
- And we have a very exciting brand update coming soon

We’re still here, still building, and moving forward every day.

Thank you for your patience and support 🤝
