Break down your bird *before* you roast it and you can cook the breast and thighs separately which gives you a truly perfect turkey. Use the carcas and neck to make stock for gravy and leftovers soup 🍂🍗 97 % of people don’t care about the whole bird presentation thing anyway— they want more time with the host! 😉

Asparagus and and Spring Vegetable Pasta
Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

This pasta salad was stellar. I credit the combo of parsley + dill, and using our Enfuso lavender oil which can be such a game changer--particularly with any green veggies. Highly, highly recommend you make this dish. Add some grilled salmon or chicken on the side for some protein. The rhubarb crumble was also absolute perfection.
