Hi Everyone!

I figured I would re-introduce myself because I’ve been pretty absent here lately, and because there are quite a few of you that are new here!

Here are a few of my favorite photos to grab your attention.

Welcome! I'm Jade! I live in Central Illinois and am located in the small, quiet town of Milford. I am a mother of two teenage girls, and I have worked in healthcare for the past 14 years; for the last three I’ve worked as a local traveler which has me out of town a couple days a week.

❗️I am getting ready to have a month off from traveling for work so I’m thinking about hosting a few classes.

Outside of charcuterie and healthcare; this time of the year I’m either at my families lake house in Indiana or out in my yard gardening.

How did I get started with charcuterie?
I have always enjoyed creating fun food for parties and holidays with my mom since my girls were little (they are 18 and almost 14). I started making charcuterie boards in 2020 for family functions because it was a newer idea for food and honestly I loved the art/creativity of it. I also needed something fun, outside of my healthcare job. In September of 2022, I decided to officially turn my love for all things charcuterie into a little side business. I had zero expectations when I started this, and I have been so overwhelmed and grateful for everyone's support. One of my favorite parts of this business has been meeting everyone and seeing all the venues.
