Hey everyone,

Join us for delicious barbecue at the South Main Fest at Wire Park in Watkinsville next Saturday! It’s going to be a fantastic spring day filled with amazing music, refreshing drinks, and watching the Masters. We’ll be serving up all your favorites along with some special treats like pork belly burnt ends, wagyu brisket burnt ends, and our award-winning ‘Satisfied’ Texas twinkies from last year’s competition. Fry Goehring is a proud sponsor of the Bourbon and BBQ event benefiting Mill Springs Academy, a values-based, college preparatory program for K-12 students with ADHD and learning differences.

The event takes place Saturday, March 23rd, from 6PM to 10PM at Roswell Historic Hall and will feature delicious barbecue served up by T & Z Barbecue Company, brews and signature cocktails, a blues performance by MSA students, live and silent auctions and, of course, great times with fellow Mill Springs supporters.

Hello everyone, T&Z will be firing up the smoker this weekend for pre-orders. Tony and I are looking for a reason to feed everyone. We have brisket, pork shoulder, mac and cheese, Tony's baked beans (awesome), and Aunt J's banana pudding.
Prices:
Brisket 90 half brisket/180 whole (whole feeds 10–12 people)
Pork 50 half shoulder/100 whole (whole feeds 8–10 people)
Turkey Breast 30 half/55 whole
Sides: 16 pint (4 servings)/30 quarts (8 servings)
Puddin: 20 pint/40 quart

Orders are due by noon on Friday for pickup at 5 pm on Saturday. Perfect for Saturday night dinner and/or Sunday meals
Or, we can vacuum seal your order for later pick up. Both pork and brisket hold up well in the freezer and are perfect for mid-week meals. Easy add to noodle bowls, taco night or as is!!! Adding pork to mac and cheese is a home run at our house!
