Our favorite wine of the week! Alexis Hudon’s Groseille is a Loire Valley red made with a low intervention approach, allowing the fruit to take center stage. Predominantly Gamay, it offers vibrant notes of tart cherry, raspberry, red currant & a touch of spice, balanced by bright acidity and silky tannins. Fresh, energetic, and lightly chilled friendly, it’s a great example of the Loire’s modern natural wine movement. 🍒🍷
