Kinnenfinity Rabbitry Kinnenfinity Rabbitry Welcome to my Kinnenfinity Rabbitry website. I strive for quality on my barn. We have shows twice a year in Muleshoe, Texas. Kinnenfinity?

I live in Roswell, New Mexico (the only place on Earth that aliens could interbreed with humans and no one would notice), and have been involved in raising rabbits since about 1993. Originally, I started out with Holland Lops, branched out into the bigger breeds for my sister's 4H projects, tried a few other fancy breeds, and then, finally, decided to focus my attention totally on Hollands and Net

herland Dwarfs. I raise and show some of the best Hollands and Netherlands in the state of New Mexico. Along with my own champion lines, I have bloodlines from national breeders in my barn (in both breeds): Camelot, Gene Styles, THF Saynora, Joy Kretzer, White River Rabbitry (Roman Kulesza), Woodland Rabbitry, Coin/Nelson, Bramhall, Rezac/Stelzer, C&T Rabbitry, Theo Jansen, and Darkside lines. I belong to the American Rabbit Breeders Association (www.arba.net), the Holland Lop Rabbit Specialty Club (www.hlrsc.com), and the American Netherland Dwarf Rabbit Club (www.andrc.com) . I am also a proud member of the Llano Estacado Rabbit Breeders (www.llerba.bravehost.com). If you have any questions about any of these clubs, please feel free to email me. I can point you in the right direction for the information you seek. Where does the name Kinnenfinity come from? Well, "kinnen" is the Scottish Gaelic word for rabbit and the "finity" part comes from the word infinity, which is how far my rabbit cages look like they extend into when I walk in the barn to feed or clean. Thus, my slogan: "Rabbits, rabbits everywhere and not a one to eat." Of course, I stole the phrasing from Rhime of the Ancient Mariner by Samuel Coleridge. My family names include: Ridge (Irish), Hays (Scottish), Anderson (Scottish), Wilson (Scottish), Morgan (Welsh), and George (English). Too many people don't have any idea where their families came from orginally. I am proud of my European heritage, especially my Celtic roots. I use the Celtic motifs and designs as tribute my ancestors. Every now and then I might call upon my Cherokee and Blackfoot ancestry as well and use a Native American image. I enjoy expressing myself through art, pictures, and literature. Hey, that's what a website is for, right?
