Keith and I are posting today because after serving the Roswell community for the last two years we have made the difficult decision to fly The Coop. We have really loved serving you and the Black C**k Brewery crowd. It has been a difficult and learning experience that we would not take back. Thank you for letting us serve you and become apart of your lives. Thank you CV Harris and the amazing crew at Black C**k Brewery for allowing us to be apart of your amazing team and thank you to everyone who helped us along the way ! We don’t know what the future holds but we are taking all of the experiences, learning curves and friends who have become family with us. These are memories we will cherish and hold close to us forever. Please join us this week for our last few days , we would love to make you another great meal before we say our goodbyes. We are grateful and humbled by all of you. Our final service days and opening times will be listed below CHEERS !

Wednesday September 23rd 3p-8pm
(Depending on weather)
Thursday September 24th 3pm-9pm
This will be our final night of service. Please come have a bite to eat, a cold pour from the bar and sing a song with DJ Koop for karaoke.
