This new baker is gonna work out alright I think... today we've got 6 different kinds of cookies, apple or blueberry turnovers, and apple pie bars. Today we're making carrot cake brownies, lemon bars, and brat buns. Wait till you see what we can do for Friday 😋

Good news, and bad news.

Bad news first: there will be no smoked wings today.....can't get the smoker to light. Matt worked on it most of Sunday afternoon, and again Mon. morning, we're currently waiting for professional help to get it going. Won't ignite - can't smoke wings without smoke.

Good news - we have a new baker starting today! Her job will be to bake our cookies, bars, brownies, buns, and breads. All/most of the other sweet treats you've been missing. We're starting training today - so stay tuned!

Two things to know today:

1. There are no sweet rolls today. Our donut maker was on a family camping trip this weekend, and we certainly cannot begrudge her that. She was planning on coming in tonight, so there should be sweet rolls out tomorrow morning.

2. When you stop in today, make sure you say "so long" to Tobias. He worked along side of us again this summer, but this week is his last to work since he's heading back up North to school. We can't say enough good things about this young man. He's gonna do great things........

So , if you got some of our smoked wings last Tuesday, lucky you! If you took some of the Ranch dressing to go with, this week that ranch is waayyyy better. We started making our own home-made Ranch today. You should give it a try today.
