Hamstring and glute farm workout with the one and only Kristina Yeatts Slaughter 💪💪💪

This is how we burn ground cover to make holes for the plants. It goes on the bed and covers the ground around the plant so it doesn’t need to compete with the weeds.

The result: healthier plants > more nutritious harvest > happier and healthier humans.

Two new beauties to harvest this week 🙌🙌🙌
The sun flowers are gorgeous! I will have bunches of them at the farm stand tomorrow and Friday.

Soy beans are ready for picking! If you never ate fresh soy beans you have to try! They are so so simple to make (I’ll have a video soon), you just steam them in a pot with the pod. Sprinkle some sea salt and that’s it! (Called edamame).
I will have soy beans at the stand.

So, farm stand will be open tomorrow and Friday.
I will not be at the market in Hall’s Way tomorrow, but I will be at the Depot St market Saturday at 7:30am.
