We had a great amount of soybeans coming out of the garden this season, and I am so glad that you all loved it as much as I do.

I am often asked at the market, "How do you cook edamame?"
Even though we don't have it fresh from the garden anymore, I wanted to make this video to show you all how easy it is.

You can follow the same process with store-bought edamame for now, until we have it fresh in the garden next year.

Another one from the orchards. Look at all this kiwi! I don’t think we can grow kiwi in NC, but this gives me some ideas for grapes… which I always wanted to grow!
