WE ARE BACK!! It is 2025 and we are looking forward to a new season filled with all sorts of delicious and beautiful vegetables. We are deep into preparations, repairs and planning and will start to plant in about a month from now! We've had a nice cold winter which should give us delicious garlic... and we are going to try to do some microgreens this year. wonderful addition to a salad or to top off a piece of salmon.

For those of you who are taking your first look at this site and might be thinking of becoming customers, do scroll down and check out the photos from previous years!! They are good examples of our product! We are planning on growing a full list of veggies from beans and beets to tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, potatoes, all sorts of greens etc. etc. etc.

SEASON 5 BEGINS!!!
We are off to a fabulous start with wonderfully tasty veggies growing and growing in the fields. Lettuces, kales, chards, beets, radishes and so much more and even more to come! WINTER at EarthJoy Farm!! after a very brief "vacation", we are heavy into planning, repair and maintenance and building new tools... we will be planting over 30 different vegetables with between 1-10 different varieties of each!! very exciting indeed! Last night we took some of our very tasty long red peppers and made some Piperies Gemistes Me Feta or Greek Peppers stuffed with Feta!! check out the transformation below!! Amazing mix of flavors :)

Phew... taking a short break to post so you can see all the new things growing!! Tomatoes just starting to turn red, peppers growing and today we harvested GARLIC. we let it dry a bit in the sun and then dry it for 2-4 weeks. and the zucchini and yellow squash are here and some of our radicchio trial lookin good!! much more growing and i will try to post more often. If you would like to try our veggies, just send us an email...

The time is here!! We are harvesting amazing vegetables and we invite you to share in the bounty! Ordering and payment is very easy and pickup is convenient. This week's special... It's MAY and much too cold.... but the veggies seem hardy and we plant away! check out the latest photos. Beets, carrots and we just finished planting over 200 tomato seedlings. phew....If you are not on our mailing list and would like to purchase vegetables, send me a message with your email address! The last of winter chard we ate last night... yum! and a burst of spring in our pea plant and our tomato seedling are growing bigger every day! i can almost taste it
