Dear friends and valued guests,

Nikala is a family-owned and family-operated restaurant, and our family works together throughout the week to prepare your food with love and provide the warm Georgian hospitality you know us for.

We’ve decided that Nikala will now be CLOSED every Monday.

Having one full day to rest and recharge will help us come back refreshed and continue giving you the quality food, fresh preparation, and service you deserve.

Our new hours:

Monday — CLOSED ❤️
Tuesday – Sunday — 12 PM – 9 PM

Most importantly, THANK YOU to every one of our wonderful customers. Your support, kind words, reviews, recommendations, and every visit to Nikala mean more to our family than you know. Because of you, we are able to do what we love every day. 🇬🇪❤️

Thank you for understanding and for supporting our family-owned restaurant.

We look forward to welcoming you Tuesday through Sunday with delicious Georgian food and warm hospitality!

With love,
The Nikala Family 🇬🇪❤️

We are truly honored and grateful to Texas Highways Magazine for featuring Nikala and sharing our story! 🇬🇪❤️🇺🇸

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce Georgian cuisine, culture, and hospitality to even more people across Texas. Seeing our journey and our restaurant featured in such a wonderful publication means so much to our entire Nikala family.

We are especially thankful to Lauren McDowell for beautifully telling our story and to Mackenzie Smith for capturing Nikala through such wonderful photographs.

And, of course, a huge thank you to our amazing customers and community for supporting us from the very beginning. Your love and encouragement inspire us every day to continue sharing the flavors and traditions of Georgia here in Round Rock, Texas.

With love and gratitude,
