We’re ready to hit the road! Celebrate our food trailer debut at the Williamson County Fair & Rodeo, October 21–24, 2026, at the Williamson County Expo Center in Taylor! 🤠

📍 Our corporate location is coming soon to 1800 N. Mays in Round Rock, Texas! Once open, you can place pre-orders, shop merchandise, and stop by with questions.

Hello tamale Friends!! We’re one step closer! 🫔❤️

After all the behind the scenes work, Tati’s Tamales trailer is finally scheduled for its Texas health inspection on Tuesday, September 29! THAT’S NEXT WEEK!!!
We’re excited, a little nervous, and so ready for this next step. I know everyone has been waiting patiently and we promise, we’re almost there!!

Thank you for cheering us on. We can’t wait to share the news with you after the inspection and, soon, serve you from the trailer! 🌽✨

The Tati’s Tamales trailer is READY — and we’re just waiting on the State of Texas to give us that final inspection and Mobile Food Unit approval! 🙏🤞

🏠 We’re also busy getting our Tati’s Tamales corporate location ready on Mays St, in Round Rock! Once that approval letter is in our hands, we’ll be announcing our OPEN HOUSE 🎉🫔
