Devastated doesn’t even begin to describe  how we feel from this loss. Mike was one of a kind. A man who truly felt like family. Life will never be the same.

The Rats Nest Family lost a great man today. Uncle Mike, we will miss you buddy. Legacy Swap Meet Row will never be the same.

We are in touch with his family and will keep you guys posted on the services.

In 1863, Henry Barber Whitcomb purchased a homestead in Round Top and after the Civil War began taking in boarders. Today, the Winter Clove Inn remains in the Whitcomb family and recently received its own historical marker.
