Living Hope Acres Farm

6 year old, Naomi said she wanted to learn how to milk and this morning she managed to squeeze out a bit!😊 Here she is milking FF Living Hope Acres RE Rose (Sired by D&L Meadows EXC Ernest). ❤️ We are super happy with her milk production for a FF. Unfortunately, she only gave us twin bucklings this year, which we wethered. Hoping for a doeling next year!🙏🏼

Our herd queen, Sugar is our most stubborn goat to take out to pasture. Today she opted to take herself out 1/2 way (better than being carried out by Samuel yesterday🤣), and then Naomi coaxed her the remaining few feet with crackers!😅🤣

Wednesday evening of last week, just before we headed out for a 4 day trip, Luna got down to business (3 days overdue). Triplets, 2 bucks and 1 doe. Atleast she added some bling (blue eyes) to two of them. All three are available as pets/unregistered. Pm for more info.

Love when our goats give back! Since we currently have an abundance, I made 1- half gallon of goat milk into Yogurt last night! This morning I enjoyed it with PA maple syrup and Aldis' (hard to beat) Granola!
Have you made Homemade Yogurt before?
