Frosty Creek Angus Ranch Frosty Creek Angus Ranch, run by Terry and Lavonne Frost, has benefitted Clemson University students by allowing research & development during summers.

Terry and Lavonne Frost, the ranch managers, raise Angus beef cattle for breeding and food production. Along with Goz and Pat Segars, they have allowed chosen Clemson students to live on the ranch for the summer in order to complete research projects. 2015 summer has 4 interns and 2 projects: Invasive plant species mapping & Ponderosa Pine study and thinning. Both projects will initiate a 5-year long study on how the plant and tree species affects grazing land and forage growth.
