I've been making biscotti for my family and friends for over 20 years. Over time I often thought about creating a BISCOTTI business, but there was always this happening or that...just 'life' was happening and it never came to fruition....I moved to Rouses Point N.Y. Once again, I made it for my family and friends. The start of summer 2014, my good friend asked me if I would be interested in sellin
g at the Rouses Point Farmers Market...and such began BISCOTTI KITCHEN. =) =) The response I received from everyone was very very positive..so I continued on....I started doing craft shows, fairs and holiday events with much success and joy....I truly love every aspect of the business...from getting in the kitchen early morning and mixing, to creating different flavors -- which keeps me up at night thinking about combinations......to the baking and packaging in the evenings (and some times into the wee hours of the morning)..... to doing the shows and events -- the one on one with all the wonderful people...... to the my great joy of watching people taste my BISCOTTI and seeing their delight..... to people buying my product -- taking it home and later hearing stories, of how they 'shared with friends', 'they took it to a party',' their daughter came home for the weekend and loved it'....each and every story! My heart and soul is in BISCOTTI KITCHEN ...its my passion and I LOVE IT!!! =)
