Unfortunately, we will not have enough berries this year to open for pick your own. We are working to fill whatever orders we can. I have quite a long list of phone numbers for those of you who have tried to call. If we happen to have extra at the end of the day, we will work through the list. The weather has not been kind to us this year.

Tomorrow (Thursday, June 25) will be "jam"boree. Pick your own strawberries for $1.50/lb. No assigned rows, wander the patch at your pleasure (please respect social distancing guidelines).

We will not be picking any more orders this year. Tomorrow will be the last day of the season.

We will be opening to the public TOMORROW (June 16th) for pick-your-own strawberries! 8AM-8PM

If you have placed an order, we are still working our way through the list and will call you just as soon as they are ready. We will continue to take pre-picked orders, however it may be several days before we will have pre-picked berries available for walk-in customers.

Pre-Picked $3.00/lb

1/2 Pint Jam $5.00

*you do not currently need a reservation to pick your own berries. We will reassess if we get crowded.

The berries are taking their "sweet" time getting juicy and ripe. The family is covering the entire 2 acres today, and will have enough to fill the first 1-2 orders. We will fill orders as we are able, in the order they were received. If you placed an order we will call you just as soon as they are ready to be picked up! If there is a particular day that you will not be able to pick up your order, please let us know. We want you to have freshly picked berries, the day you plan to take them home.

We are pushing back our "Opening day" for anyone that would like to pick their own. Keep checking our page for the latest updates.

We are getting very close to having STRAWBERRIES!!!!

Currently we have lots of blossoms and medium sized green strawberries. Predicting they will ripen by the beginning of next week (June 8th-12th).

Things will be slightly different this year, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.... we are strongly encouraging our customers to order pre-picked berries, however you are still welcome to pick your own. We ask that you follow social distancing guidelines, practice good hygiene, and stay home if you are ill. We will be monitoring all of our employees and will provide hand sanitizer, etc.

We will offer curbside service, placing your order in your trunk for you at our farm.

This years prices: $1.75/lb you pick, $3.00/lb pre-picked.

Hours most generally sun up to sun down, varies depending on weather conditions, hours can be flexible if you have other commitments. Paid on a piece rate. It's a beautiful day to pick strawberries! Have only had a couple sprinkles, rain looks to be holding off until after 5, light breeze and no bugs, the sun is even peaking through the clouds 🌞
We are open 7 days a week, 8AM-8PM until end of season. At least another week left, come on out! 🍓

You’ll Have Loads Of Fun At These 7 Pick-Your-Own Fruit Farms In Iowa

Our season is winding down, will have very limited amounts of pre-picked berries on hand today. Will allow people to pick their own through Saturday, June 23rd. Due to last weekends heat followed by lots of rain (with more on the way) the season is ending more quickly than anticipated. There are still berries to pick, however harder to find and many are over-ripened. Be sure to watch our page next spring! Come during the first week for the most enjoyable experience.
