Gluten-free clients as you know we have teamed with Ruby Baking company in Rockwall who is a all gluten-free baking Company and top nine allergen free. They supply us with our gluten-free sourdough round breads, focaccia bread along with some sweets. They do make 12 inch round gluten-free cookies for parties. We are taking pre orders if you would ever like to order one.
 Ingredients: Rice flour, potato, tapioca flour, psyllium, cane sugar, molasses, flax seed, vanilla extract, baking soda, palm oil, sunflower oil, pea protein, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, arrowroot, lactic acid, baking soda, annatto, vitamin a palmitate, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, xanthan gum.
