For fresh okra, especially if you’re roasting, sautéing, or air-frying it, Go with Roasted Garlic Olive Oil as the best all-around choice. Okra is mild and earthy, so garlic gives it plenty of flavor without overpowering it.

A few pairings that would work especially well:

* Roasted Garlic Olive Oil ⭐ Best overall. Add salt, black pepper, and a little smoked paprika.
* Bacon-infused Olive Oil if you carry one. Very Southern, very good with okra, and frankly unfair to the okra.
* Jalapeño Olive Oil for a little heat. Excellent with corn, tomatoes, and okra together.
* Lemon Olive Oil for something lighter and fresher. Particularly good with grilled okra.
* Black Garlic Olive Oil for a deeper, slightly sweet and savory flavor.
