Wilcox Farms Pasture-raised eggs from our fifth-generation family farm in Roy, WA. Since 1909, we've raised hens with care and integrity: free to roam, forage, and thrive.

Wilcox Family Farms is a 100-year-old farm that sits on 1,700 acres of sustainable farmland along the Nisqually River in the foothills of Mt Rainier. In 1909, Judson and Elizabeth Wilcox set out to build a family business and ultimately a lifelong legacy. We are proud to partner with the University of Washington for Dawg Daze 2026! What a great day in the sun on Red Square. We served over 450 fresh Wilcox Omelets to students on their first day of class. And we are proud to continue providing our eggs all year long in the dining halls and student stores.

JT learned pretty quickly that on a family farm, nothing gets replaced without a few questions! 😅

It might seem like a small thing, but it says a lot about the lessons passed down through five generations: take care of what you have, make it last, and think twice before replacing something that still has good life left in it.

Sometimes, the best farming lessons come from the smallest things. ❤️ Just another little piece of the Wilcox story...and one of the many lessons that stick with you.

What better way to celebrate than with a staple?

Fifth-generation Wilcox, Jud, is in the kitchen making his all-time favorite breakfast sandwich. Crispy bread, hot bacon, melted cheese, and two Wilcox Organic Omega-3 eggs. Because getting your protein in is non-negotiable.

They have no idea how famous they are. 🐓

No social media, no PR team, no idea their eggs are in kitchens all across the Pacific Northwest. Just strutting on the farm like they own the place.

(They kind of do.)

For five generations, our family has been raising hens and caring for this land right here in the Pacific Northwest. And while the girls may not know it, they’re a pretty important part of the Wilcox story. ❤️

Since 1909, there’s been something pretty special about starting and ending the day on this land. ❤️

From the first light over the fields to the last glow behind Mount Rainier, this farm has been home to generations of our family.

A lot has changed over the years, but the simple things haven’t: taking care of the land, looking after the animals, and sharing this little corner of the world with the people we love.

Here’s to another day on the farm. 🌅🐔

For us, sustainability isn't an either/or. Our hens need shade when they're out on the farm to feel safe and comfortable outdoors. So we figured, why not make that shade work a little harder? The solar panels do just that, sitting above pasture land that's already productive and adding renewable energy generation right on top of it.

Animal welfare first. And when we can do more, we do.
