Long time, no see! We know we’ve been off of social media for a while. It’s been a crazy year, filled with life changes, travel, and events. But don’t worry, we’ve still been brewing and our beers have been enjoyed everywhere, from Bourbon, IL to Triangle, NY!
On the brew list, today, is a new recipe that we are trying out: Festbier.
Festbier isn’t the most traditional beer of Oktoberfest, but has definitely become the most popular beer of the festival. This is due to its lighter body and easier drinkability.
We’re a little late for having this beer ready for the Oktoberfest season, but we are very excited to see how this turns out so we can have this perfected by next year!

Well, we forgot to post on bottling day, last weekend. But we were so excited to see how Station 12 was coming along, we chilled and opened a bottle a week early. Carbonation is coming along great. And just look at that color! Beautiful malty characters, paired with the slightly floral and spice characters from the hops, make this 4.7% ABV red ale a perfect companion for those crisp autumn evenings. We can’t wait to share Station 12, along with Beachbum and Royal Haze, with you all at Tabbapalooza!

Bottling Day for Royal Haze! At 3.7% ABV, this beer is a perfect session beer for these dog days of summer, with its citrus-filled flavor and aroma. Now, it’s time to clean up and start another Brewday! Stay tuned for Station 12 Red Ale!

Another Brew Day in the books. In two weeks, our work is going to be cut out for us. Bottling day for Royal Haze AND Brew Day for Station 12 Red Ale! You might be saying to yourself, “Why so much work?”. Well, let’s just say this: If you’re not attending Tabbapalooza, this October, you’re gonna be missing out on some pretty amazing music and beer 😉
