Stonyrun Farms strives to produce some of the finest beef in the world. Wagyu doesn’t just taste better than other beef, it’s also healthier. That’s because Wagyu beef contains less saturated fat, and higher concentrations of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. These Omegas are essential for the normal functioning and development of the body’s organs and systems. At Stonyrun Farms, we nurture our Wag

yu herd in an exceptional environment. They are free to roam on pasture or in open pens, and are never restrained. Our feed is locally purchased forage and grain, and our cattle are never given hormones, growth stimulants, animal by-products or antibiotics. Skilled veterinary care is employed to monitor our cattle and maintain the heath of the herd. And, to help insure that our high quality standards are maintained through to the consumer, we work with family-owned USDA-certified processing facilities.
