yu herd in an exceptional environment. They are free to roam on pasture or in open pens, and are never restrained. Our feed is locally purchased forage and grain, and our cattle are never given hormones, growth stimulants, animal by-products or antibiotics. Skilled veterinary care is employed to monitor our cattle and maintain the heath of the herd. And, to help insure that our high quality standards are maintained through to the consumer, we work with family-owned USDA-certified processing facilities.
