I haven’t forgotten about y’all!!!! The last week of school is ROUGH y’all! Thank you to those holding out for me to recover. I am REFRESHED now and ready to get some cooking done! **TODAY’S THE DAY TO START**

I’m making Gram’s Chicken Diván for dinner tonight. It’s a favorite in this household and I want to celebrate all this time I’ve been given this week to spend with my family and friends. Sometimes we get SO busy we forget to “stop and smell the roses”.

I had so many families order desserts this week with a few meals sprinkled in here and there. Who wants to try this delicious dish?
