We stepped out of the normal for us and added a couple light crossbred females to our sow heard. The most recent one is the 7-3 Tricked Out x Rockstar sow from Wehmer's that's bred to Money Line. This is a Elite sow that's done a tremendous job for the Wehmer firm. As a gilt she won several shows in Florida and was a class winner at The Exposition. With her being a Tricked Out mated to Money Line gets us excited about the litter she is carrying. We are pumped to be adding the light crosses to our duroc and berkshire line up.

We have a couple February berk gilts for lease. They are out of In The Woods at Crossroads and the 8-9 Pound Town "Skeletor" sow. If you follow our program you know that Skeletor is the foundation of our berkshire herd. She is responsible for a huge part of our success in the show ring. As we finished up breeding our last red sows for the fall, we couldn't be more excited! We believe this is the best set of red sows we have bred and used an awsome set of red boars on them. This set has us fired up for the fall! Here are the boars we used and hopefully they get y'all as fired up as we are.

We wrapped up the Texas Majors today at Rodeo Austin with 4th and 9th place Berks. It's been a good run for us this year, we have had 18 pigs place top 4 in there class at Texas Majors. We couldn't have done this without our great customers and showman. Great job everyone!
