This past Friday, Blossom Ridge Farm was honored to host the beautiful wedding of Emily and KC. Surrounded by family, friends, and an incredible amount of creativity, they had a special day to remember. A small glimpse of the wedding, before we receive the full gallery to share.

The bride's talented mother designed and built an incredible custom mini-golf course for guests to enjoy, featuring wedding-themed creations including a chapel, wedding rings, a wedding cake, and more! The creativity extended throughout the celebration, with a stunning handmade wedding arch and beautifully crafted flower planters that added a personal touch. Emily, the bride, surprised her new husband with a live performance from his favorite musician. The food was catered by the amazing Chef Herb!

The weather was absolutely perfect, creating the ideal backdrop for their special day. From the heartfelt ceremony to the joyful celebration that followed, every detail reflected this family's closeness.

Blossom Ridge Farm was thrilled to host the beautiful wedding of Ava and Hunter! These are just a sneak peek of their perfect day before we receive the professional photos.

The weather was absolutely perfect, and so many family and friends gathered to celebrate Ava and Hunter’s special day, surrounded by love and unforgettable memories.

We knew from the moment Ava and Hunter came for a tour over a year ago that they were perfect for each other and part of a truly wonderful family. It was such an honor to celebrate alongside them on this very special day.

We wish the happy couple a lifetime filled with love and happiness as they begin this exciting new chapter together!

Every spring and summer, we eagerly await the arrival of a new round of barn swallows hatching at the barn. A single Barn Swallow can eat hundreds to thousands of insects per day, depending on the season, weather, and whether they are feeding chicks. Researchers estimate they commonly consume around 850–1,000 small insects daily, and sometimes even more during peak feeding periods.

Their diet mainly includes:

Mosquitoes
Flies
Gnats
Beetles
Moths
Flying ants

Barn swallows are especially valuable around the venue because they act as natural pest control. A nesting pair feeding babies can remove an enormous number of flying insects from the area over a single summer. We do not spray chemicals around the barn; we count on the barn swallows to act as our natural pest control! Plus, they are adorable to watch. ( there are eggs in the nest).
