ANNOUNCEMENT

Please share and tell your friends and family!

Alright guys! Y’all asked, we delivered! We officially have an ALMA drop location!! 🤗

Linam Family Farms has welcomed us and our milk! It is currently in jugs, it will be in our usual jars next time I drop off! Pricing is the same as it is at the farm!

$4 for 1/2 gallon 1 jar/jug
$8 for 1 gallon 2 jars/jugs

Ofcourse while we were there dropping milk we had to do some shopping, not pictured is the crumb bar that my boys are demolishing!

We are so excited for this opportunity to work with Linam Farms, we hope you’ll venture over and do some shopping, picking, and milk getting!

Remember, take your ice chests 😉

Out of the 12 tubs of ice cream I made yesterday, I have 4 left! You guys are incredible. As long as y’all keep enjoying, I’ll keep making it!

My kids ate some yesterday and said “I was the best ice cream maker ever” 🤭🤪

I’ve had questions about ingredients!

For the Vanilla I use

Raw milk
Raw cream
Raw cane sugar
Vanilla bean paste
Pinch of sea salt

For the chocolate I use the same as above except I add homemade chocolate sauce instead of vanilla bean paste!

Right now I don’t have a freezer in my porch so the ice cream is not self serve like the milk is but we are working on it so if you get ice cream you’ll have to schedule your pick up when I’m home so I can retrieve it for you!

Alright you guys, on top of my homemade caramel sauce I made some homemade vanilla bean ice cream!

I’m thinking, if this takes off I might make it a regular item on the menu for summer time and I might make chocolate too 🤭

My husband says “this is the best ice cream he’s ever had” so do with that what you will!

This picture there are three containers pictured but one has already been spoken for! These will not be in my fridge as they need to stay frozen if this takes off and becomes popular enough, I’ll move my chest freezer into my porch next to my fridge!

I have two 8 oz / .5 pint containers up for grabs! $5 each 🥰

I tried posting this morning but Facebook was having issues but I did make a big drop at the Mercantile today! I restocked with lots of goodies including cream and my new nutrient dense caramel sauce!

So put away your torani sauce and run, don’t walk to get you some of these goodies!

I wanted to make a post and let you guys know that I do try to keep the fridge at the farm stocked with goodies! Not just the Mercantile!

I’m currently making cottage cheese to stick in there, as well as hopefully some caramel sauce! If there’s something you want but it’s not in the fridge just shoot me a message and we can figure something out! I’d like to also get a couple of quarts of cream stocked in the farm fridge as well! When I do they will be first come first serve!

Right now I have milk, yogurt, and chocolate sauce! Tomorrow I should have cottage cheese, cream, and hopefully caramel sauce added in there as well!

The farm is located in Rudy! So pop in and get some goodies!

You guys, raw milk IS SO COOL. You can use every part of it, truly.

Look at that beautiful golden color. Any guesses as to what it is? 🤪 It’s caramel!!

Yes you read that right CARAMEL. I’ve been practicing using all parts of my milk to make other goodies. I made some cottage cheese on Tuesday and used the whey from my cottage cheese to make caramel!

Did you know, whey from cheesemaking is known as sweet whey and it’s perfect for making things like caramel!

This delicious sauce will be making an appearance at the Mercantile tomorrow when I drop my other goodies so be on the lookout for that post tomorrow!

You can use caramel for baking, ice cream, coffee, all kinds of yummy treats! And it’s only made with 5 simple ingredients 😊

We are opening up our schedule to take on some more consistent weekly customers! We’re ALSO on the look for another drop location in the Van Buren/Alma area! Preferably Alma as I already drop in Van Buren! The summer and vacations and just the economy in general has business a little slower than normal. If you know anybody looking for delicious milk send them my way! Shopping and supporting local helps keep little farms like our family farm up and running!
