Our first blizzard of the year and school was cancelled so…… we made Italian bison stuffed ravioli. We love this family tradition and the kids can’t wait to help! We stepped up our game this year and added grinding our own flour to the process.

Have you heard of the Dakota Territory Buffalo Association's new "Stack the Deck" Bison Sale coming up Feb. 4th? There are going to be some excellent breeding stock coming to town! We decided to go with "3 of a kind" and bring 3 yearling bulls sired by our big guy King of Hearts. Here is a sneak peak.
