All set up for a great day at Night in Old Karnes City ... the weather is PERFECT for May!

We are in the company of some great vendors here, so come on down, do some shopping, listen to some music, and say hello!

What do you do with 25 # of organic blood oranges?

Make a gallon of juice to can, put some aside to slice and dehydrate (in the bowl), give away 3 #, and...somehow I still have about 3 # left over to do...something?

I don't eat raw oranges (AuDHD texture thing) so what else could I do with these beauties?

I've always advocated for this! Use the produce to supplement the school lunches, or donate it locally. Kids should learn where their food comes from, and you can include it in science lessons!

Ok...we heard you!

I'm looking into shipping costs...packaging so far looks to be about $20 a shipment. The good news is I can ship several dozen at once, and our prices are currently $5 per mixed dozen.

These are unwashed, so they can remain good in your fridge for up to 3 months!

The best way I see this benefiting our old desert community is if it is a large order...maybe split by multiple people or households?
