The 81st Rush Springs Watermelon Festival was a great success!! Thank you to all of our customers who drove all the way to Rush Springs, found us, and purchased a watermelon and/or cantaloupe from us! We are so grateful for your business and loyalty!

Phipps Family Farm placed 1st place in our 720’s and 2nd place in our seedless variety and was auctioned off. We want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to the wonderful businesses who purchased our watermelons at the auction!

Also want to thank the Rush Springs Lions Club and the town of Rush Springs for sponsoring the Watermelon Festival! This truly takes a team effort and we are so blessed to a part of such a wonderful and rich tradition!

There’s just something special about seeing our little town fill up with people who come to celebrate a tradition that has meant so much to this community for generations.

Farm Worker Appreciation Day is today, we can’t do it without the young ladies and young men who make it happen at Phipps Family Farm! (Paul and Mike) jump in and pick right along side these beasts! We have picked thousands of melons with these guys and are extremely proud of all of them!
