PORK CHOPS: finger food or fork and knife??

Trying a new recipe today: smoked apple pie baked beans.
Recipe:
1 can bush’s baked beans
1 can apple pie filling
1tsp nutmeg
1tsp allspice
1/2tsp smoked paprika

Mix all ingredients together and then cover with bite sized bacon pieces. Smoke at 250° for 2 hours then sprinkle with your favorite bbq rub, I used Heath Riles Honey Chipotle. Continue smoking another hour. Enjoy!
