As we settle into summer, availability across the farm is starting to wind down. It happens every year — the heat arrives, production slows, and the animals remind us they’re on their own schedule, not ours.
Right now, we do have a few extras available:
🐦 Coturnix quail- 2-5 week old assorted standards.
🐖 Gloucestershire Old Spot breeder gilts and we are taking deposits for pairs and trios ready Aug 1. Many have met the standards to be registered.
🔥 A few pigs that should be just the right size for a Fourth of July roast
🐐 One Nigerian Dwarf buck looking for a new herd
I have slots available for poultry processing if you are needing some birds processed. I’ll be cleaning up the cockerel growouts as pullets leave but offer the service if anyone needs it!
Located in Ruskin FL (transport available to Georgia, North Carolina and Missouri in the month to come)
It’s always funny how spring feels nonstop and then suddenly summer arrives and everything hits the brakes. It’s been an odd season starting with freeze and then summer heat. That’s farm life for you!
If you’ve been considering adding something new to your farm, now is a great time to reach out and see what’s available before things become even more limited. I’ll be mainly focusing on the orders we have gotten besides the extras listed above.
