Breeding wrapped up somewhere between a dust storm and a rain shower. The rain was appreciated — the dust, not so much.

Now it’s back to the fields for planting and fence fixing before turning pairs out. Happy spring, everyone!

Once again, we participated in the Dakota Feeder Calf Show hosted by the NDSU Extension Research Facility in Carrington.

We entered two pens of steers in October 2024, which were fed and managed by NDSU through June 2025. The results speak for themselves.
