Why do they cost more than hatcheries and feed stores?
1. I’m not going to sell them to you after they’ve been shipped across the country after just coming out of an incubator.
2. They’re not straight out the incubator I hold them a few days to make sure they’re healthy enough to go- so chances of you getting them and then falling over dead are less.
3. They’re from a good flock. You know what you’re getting. I have their parents in walking distance of my house. I’m not gonna call them chickens and sell you turkeys 😅
4. They’ve not been exposed to coccidiosis, mites, etc.
I’m not trying to get rich over here. Just trying to provide good quality chickens to other crazy chicken lovers like me without causing the rest of your flock to get sick and die.
