Hey friends. We are kindly asking for patience and understanding for our communication and response delays and scheduling. We are dealing with a very (unexpectedly) sick grandmother. We are getting to calls and texts as we can. We are back and forth from facility to facility and are having to prepare for future situations. Our Aunt just cannot do everything on her own and she desperately needs help. Its our job and desire as grandkids, to do our part. We are all exhausted but family will always come first. We are also taking full advantage of our time as we know it is very limited. We know this is a huge inconvenience for you all but we are hoping everyone understands. Plants are still not in yet. We will post when they are here. We are so thankful to the ones we have talked to and their compassion for our situation. This year is going to be rough as it has not been so kind to us so far but we have to do what we have to do. We WILL get to everyone and schedule as we can. We will be deleting this page in May. It has caused alot of issues. Please go to Cedar Creek Koi Farm and add us. We don't want to lose followers but we also want to give time for you to switch. We will delete it the first week of May.

Well apparently our other page is under a review, for some reason. 😡 So, we will wait and see what happens. Until then - we have koi galore! 😁 Pond plants are slowly rolling in. But we have plenty of koi and goldfish to enhance your pond. We've had 3 shipments come in this week. IF our page gets deleted...we always have our website and we plan to put individuals for sale there. Just trying to find time to get the online store set up.

1. By appointment only! This is our home farm and we want to ensure we are on the farm when you come.

2. No checks! Period.

3. We strive to please our customers and everyone is welcome here, but your behavior is not. We will not tolerate rude behavior from anyone. Age, race, gender, your location...we don't care. Your number will be blocked and go on the "Black List." Especially if we have broken every policy to please you and you still cannot be pleased.

4. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders outside of our on-site stock, to hold a certain item, designs, consultations, ect. Anything we do off of our farm. No negotiation!

5. We require contacts to be signed for jobs, consultations, transports, ect. It protects you as well as us.

We are a friendly and honest family business. We do everything we can to please our customers but we also deserve that same respect. We reserve the right to change our policies if and when we see fit. We also reserve the right to refuse business to anyone. Your character defines you and your stay here. We know no one can please everyone. Good thing is...we don't have to. 😁

We are having problems with this business page. We miss ALL mentions, tags, and alot of responses. We also cannot see top fans which we want to see who interacts with us. All settings are open to public and allowed. We are very highly considering turning it into a personal page that way our "friends" can properly tag and comment or post as normal. We have contacted support several times with NO help. What do you all think? You all deserve our respect and responses for your support! We want to see your ponds, tags, comments, ect. We are seeing nothing! If we do, which we are 99% positive we are, we will be sending friends request to our personally known followers. Unless, we can find a list of everyone. So when you get a request...it's IS us. Once we get everything together, the page will go down for a bit. Just letting you know. Well...we're over this snow and ice just like everyone else. But we have some happy koi in their pond that are looking great and doing awesome. Our thermometer says they are staying in the 40's with no major temperature shifts. We can't wait to get them into their big pond this year. They are gonna love having around 12,000 gallons to roam in. We are ready to get building...come on sun! We need warmth and drying power so we can get started! Koi season is right around the corner! We have tons to do!
