This fruit salad is SO refreshing and the perfect summer snack!

You can chose your own fruit but here’s what I do:
1 honey crisp apple
1 peach
7 strawberries
Handful of green grapes
Handful of red grapes
Handful of blueberries
2 kiwis
1 banana

Cut into bite sized pieces. I cut my grapes in half but leave my blueberries whole.

Honey lime mint dressing
Juice 2 limes
Add 2-3 tablespoons of honey
Chop up 5-6 mint leaves of your choosing. Sometimes I add more mint, I use apple mint, it’s less potent to me.

I keep my fruit and dressing separate in the fridge because my husband doesn’t like mint, so I spoon over a little each time I grab some fruit. You can mix all together, and enjoy!!
