With the intimacy of an at-home dinner party, the Salon offers three seated tastings daily for up to eight guests. Lead by a skilled salonnière (keeper of the Salon), the Oenophile tasting experience is interwoven with storytelling, wine insights and conviviality, celebrating the many ways to enjoy wines accompanied by some of the world’s best chocolates, caviar and cheeses. Reinventing the rituals of fine wine, reviving the nightcap + offering clever, clandestine delights, the delightfully whimsical shoppe showcases two sip offerings...

For the collector who wants to try some of our more exclusive wines, the Bon Vivant tasting, showcases 4 of our limited production offerings, accompanied by some of the world's best chocolates. $45 per person

Or for the perfect introduction into the Swanson Vineyards wine collection, our Bohemian tasting showcases sips of 2 white wines + 2 red wines, paired with warm pistachios. $30 per person
