POLYNESIAN CHICKEN SUB

1 Tbs. Olive oil
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs) cut to 1/2 inch diced

1 medium onion, diced
3/4 cup diced red pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 cup Finally Done Island Spice barbecue sauce
1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Kings Hawaiian mini sweet sub rolls or sweet hotdog buns

Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook on med high heat until done. Add onions and peppers and cook 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add Finally Done barbecue sauce, pineapple, soy sauce and salt. Stir well. Dissolve cornstarch in water, stir into chicken mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, approximately 10 minutes. Serve on Kings Hawaiian rolls. Enjoy! 😋

BARBECUED PORK CHOPS

Preheat grill to medium and oil the grates.

Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Place pork chops on the grill, cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn over and brush FINALLY DONE barbecue sauce all over the tops and sides of the pork chops.

Cook another 5-7 minutes, then turn and brush bbq sauce all over the tops and sides again.

Cook 5-7 minutes longer until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F or there is no longer any pink in the center.

Allow to rest on a plate or cutting board, covered, for at least 5 minutes before serving – this is KEY to keeping the pork chops nice and juicy.
Serve with remaining bbq sauce. Enjoy!

Hot Honey Grilled Shrimp

These skewers take only 15 minutes to grill and make the perfect finger food for a warm summer evening.

Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp Finally Done Mandarin Orange Thai
Pepper Sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 clove minced garlic

Skewers Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Thai Pepper sauce, honey, and garlic. Toss the shrimp in the mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque. Brush with any remaining sauce just before serving. 😋
(Mix 2Tbs. Mandarin Orange Thai Pepper Sauce with 1 Tbs. honey for a dipping sauce if desired).
