Freezer meal prep is in full swing this weekend for deliveries October 28th! Stay tuned for posts on any “extra pans”
I had someone add to their order today and justified it because “I’m lazy and don’t cook”
Please don’t ever think that! As my younger and wiser sister has shared with me: “it’s not lazy, it’s choosing to spend your energy elsewhere”
And that is just what I hope to provide for you!

Between work and vacation, it’s been a minute since I’ve had an evening at home to enjoy cooking!
Tonight is Beef Stroganoff and Mashed Potatoes
🌟 Pro tip on your Mashed: start boiling potatoes before you start anything else! They take so long. Use your kitchen aid mixer with a little heavy cream, butter and garlic on high for a minute or two and you will have the perfect, not lumpy, delicious homemade mashed potatoes
