This weekend is the time to stock up on your locally made breads & treats! Did you know that most of our bakers breads will freeze! You can either cut the loaves up and freeze slices to take out when you need, or freeze the whole loaf!

If you will freeze it for longer than a few days, wrap it in cling film or something to help protect it from ice crystals first. Thaw in the fridge the day before, or pop it into your toaster or oven to warm it up!
