As of Monday, January 20th, this page will no longer be monitored.

I would welcome and appreciate your continuing to check in on my website, https://www.trixiesmountainkitchen.com/, where I'll be adding blog posts to Trixie's Tidbits, as well as photos from my many photo shoots with the incomparable Iain Bagwell (https://www.bagwellandprotasio.com/). There also will be updates on my cookbook, as they become available, as well as some behind the scenes info and photos from my upcoming cover shoot in Times Square!

If you haven't done so already, please leave your email address in the obnoxious pop-up on my website so you will be notified as soon as the book is available for purchase. Your email address will be used for no other purpose, I promise.

As always, I am eternally grateful for everyone's support and encouragement. I know I couldn't have gotten this far without it. Thank you!
